(Dogodina po tova vreme shte sme trima!) (Dogodina po tova vreme shte sme trima!)
Eric: Let's break this down. First is an expression meaning "This time next year."

Eric: A pregnant woman might announce the happy event in a straightforward manner, saying "We'll have a baby.” The husband, however, might not feel comfortable talking directly about it.
Eric: Altogether, "This time next year, there will be three of us."
