Sydney: "Cool" is a word that teenagers or young people will use in their vocabulary. Learn some of its variations in Bulgarian.

Sydney: The expressions you will be learning in this lesson are:

Sydney: Petar, what's our first expression?
Petar: яко (yako)
Sydney: The literal meaning is “it is strong.” But when it's used as a slang expression, it means "cool."

Sydney: Use this slang expression when you want to express agreement to or comment that something is cool. Be careful though, as it is becoming outdated.

Sydney: literally meaning "to break out." But when it's used as a slang expression, it means "hip, breaking."
