| Petar: When inviting someone to enter a room, as in "Come in!", Bulgarians do not use the verb come идвам, but “enter”, which is влизам" instead, as in Влез! Влезте! To sound even friendlier, we follow the invitation to enter by the phrase Заповядайте, which is the same one used in the expressions "here you are" and "help yourself". So, it will be Влезте! Заповядайте! |
