Cultural Insight
Becky: Now it's time for a quick cultural insight.
Petar: This is a really common question when contacting a friend on the phone or if you bump into a friend on the street. When someone you don't know acts suspiciously next to you, and you want to find out what he or she is doing, ask the question in the formal way, then you won't sound rude.
